  • Website design or development work after project commencement.
  • Domain registration, web hosting, SSL certificates, software licenses, or third-party purchases.
  • Delays caused by the client, including failure to provide required content, approvals, or feedback.
  • Change of mind after work has begun.

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request project cancellation at any time by contacting WebPromotionz in writing.

If work has already started, charges will apply based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.

6. Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
