5. Payments

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved project deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Source files (unless included in the agreement)
Proprietary tools
Templates
Methodologies
Pre-existing intellectual property

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. SEO & Marketing Results

Search engine rankings, website traffic, lead generation, and advertising performance depend on many external factors beyond our control.

Accordingly:

We do not guarantee specific rankings on search engines.
We do not guarantee a specific number of leads or sales.
We do not guarantee approval of advertisements by advertising platforms.
Marketing results may vary depending on competition, budget, website quality, and industry.

10. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms including Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, hosting providers, domain registrars, and payment processors.
